1. Bookings and Payment
• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your casting appointment.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
• In the unlikely event that Peblets Castings must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or, if not suitable, a full refund of your deposit.
3. Process and Liability
• All materials used are safe for skin contact, but clients accept a small risk of mild irritation or sensitivity.
• Clients must inform the artist of any known allergies or skin conditions prior to casting.
• Jewellery does not need to be removed before casting; however, clients accept full responsibility for any potential discolouration, residue or damage.
• Peblets Castings cannot be held liable for adverse reactions or damage to personal property.
• Towels will be provided; however, the use of bright-coloured moulds may cause staining. Please wear suitable clothing, as Peblets Castings is not liable for any damage to clothing during the process.
4. Delivery and Collection
• Please allow up to 12 weeks for completion.
5. Copyright and Photography
• Peblets Castings will only share images with your permission.
• Clients may not reproduce images for commercial purposes without consent.
6. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
