1. Bookings and Payment
• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on the day of your casting appointment.
• For customers choosing the Klarna payment option, this deposit will be taken as the first payment. Klarna payment options can be found on the Shop tab..
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
• In the unlikely event that Peblets Castings must reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or, if not suitable, a full refund of your deposit.
3. Process and Liability
• All materials used are safe for skin contact, but clients accept a small risk of mild irritation or sensitivity.
• Clients must inform the artist of any known allergies or skin conditions prior to casting.
• Jewellery does not need to be removed before casting; however, clients accept full responsibility for any potential discolouration, residue or damage.
• Peblets Castings cannot be held liable for adverse reactions or damage to personal property.
• Towels will be provided; however, the use of bright-coloured moulds may cause staining. Please wear suitable clothing, as Peblets Castings is not liable for any damage to clothing during the process.
• Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on the premises. Children must remain under the direct supervision of an accompanying adult throughout their visit. For safety reasons, playing in the garden is not permitted. Peblets Castings cannot accept responsibility for any accident, injury, loss or damage resulting from children playing in the garden or from failure to comply with this term.
4. Delivery and Collection
• Please allow up to 16 weeks for completion of framed pieces. For stand-alone sculptures please allow up to 6 months.
• All finished pieces are collection only from Peblets Castings. If you require delivery, this may be available by prior arrangement and will incur an additional delivery charge, which will be confirmed and agreed with the customer before dispatch. Peblets Castings cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
5. Copyright and Photography
• Peblets Castings will only share images with your permission.
• Clients may not reproduce images for commercial purposes without consent.
6. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers can be posted to the customer at an additional postage cost.
